Risco - Frontal Linker System
The progressive Frontal Linker System from Risco was developed for completely automated, high speed production of sausages in collagen, cellulose or natural casings. The system produces top quality cooked, dry or fresh sausages with perfect portion and length control.
The system begins with an advanced Risco vacuum filler and an automatic casing holding device. Linked sausages are automatically placed on a new modular belt system. Links can be automatically hung for cooking or smoking or separated using an in line cutting unit.
